You’ve just gotten the news—you’re a mama now!! After having welcomed many littles of my own, I know how incredible and exciting this news is (and a tad bit terrifying as well)! You have my sincerest congratulations, and if you’re wondering what the process is for getting your moments captured, look no further!

Here’s the thing friends—my goal is to be in this with you for life. Picture your story unfolding after we meet for the first time at your engagement session. I’ll capture your wedding… and you find out a bit later you’re expecting. I’ll be there at your pregnancy, cheering you on and photographing your growing family. You need pictures of your newborn, your anniversary, or any other beautiful milestones along the way?
I’m forever and always your girl. Walking with each of my clients through so many different moments? I couldn’t imagine anything better!
Portrait shoots are my very favorite, my bread and butter. I build every portrait shoot around the needs of you and your family. If you’re curious what sort of shoots are categorized as “portrait”, here’s a list with a few: families, couples, maternity, newborn, cake smashes, seniors, couples, branding, and seasonal mini sessions. Every portrait session is customizable to your needs, and as always, we will work together to bring your complete vision to life.
I couldn’t be more honored to walk alongside you as you anticipate the arrival of your littlest love—the newest member of your family! If you’re anything like me, chances are this is the first time you’ve been in front of the camera in a while. Luckily for you, this is what I do—capture your beautiful pregnant mama glow and provide you with a permanent reminder of just how beautiful this season is! I have a client closet full of dresses perfect for my expecting mamas that you have complete and total access to as a maternity client. And here’s my favorite part—your maternity session can be whatever you make it. If you want photos with your partner, by yourself, or feel like bringing your whole family along, I’m on board with all of your ideas (and more)!! And mama, as soon as you welcome your newest little one into the world, I’ll be there to capture those early newborn days as well!

About those early newborn days… I truly believe that if any single moment in time needs to be frozen, it is the first few weeks of your child’s life. You already know my mama brain is allll about capturing those memories, and I cherish every sweet frame I’ve gotten of my littles. Their tiny hands, the sweetest smiles… those moments go by so quickly, and I always found myself obsessed with remembering them. I’m here for those! I bring years of experience, not only with my own children, but with all those of my dear clients (friends) as well! And not to worry, patience is my specialty—we can always work around naps, feedings, playtime, or whatever else is on your roster. Even better, let’s incorporate you rocking your little one to sleep or feeding them their bottle of the hour in your photos—those are real moments you won’t want to forget!

Every season & family looks a little different—and whether you have 2 or 20 members in your tribe, I cannot wait to get to know you and capture the place you’re in right now. Family pictures, to me, are all about showcasing your lovely personalities… and giving you those gorgeous Christmas cards, something to finally hang on your living room wall, or just a permanent memory of the sort of people you are in this moment. I can’t wait to stick around and watch your family grow, and maybe even photograph your children’s graduation!

If you’re wondering how I always keep my creative juices flowing, the answer is simple—MINI SESSIONS. I pour my heart and soul into the details of each session, and carefully plan every one (no two are exactly alike)! I also structure the theme of my minis around each season they’re based in. Each mini session is published 3 months prior to the start of the session. Here’s the best part—if we’ve worked together before, you get exclusive early access to my minis before I publish anything publicly. Currently all my mini sessions are booked for the fall and winter seasons, but stay tuned for the launch of Spring 2023 minis—coming January 2nd!

How does my process work? I'm so glad you asked—let me show you:

First things work, you fill out an inquiry. Hey!!

I reach out (within 24 hours, I’m too pumped to not) and we start formulating our shoot.

We discuss vision, OF COURSE, and brainstorm locations together! If you have a spot in mind, that’s amazing! If you don’t, never fear—I have ALL KINDS of epic and unique locations I source just for my lovely clients.

We make it official (YAY!) and book a date/time. I then send you a booking proposal, and your online portal (designed to make your life easy and keep track of everything for you). You will also receive emails with receipts, galleries, and any necessary reminders (any emailed information will be in your portal as well).

OUR SHOOT DAY ARRIVES!! I’m doing a little happy dance just thinking about it.
